HLA-G Antibody (4H84) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects HLA-G protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Anti-HLA-G antibody (4H84) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. HLA-G plays a crucial role in immune tolerance, particularly during pregnancy, by inhibiting the activation of maternal T lymphocytes and preventing fetal rejection. This unique function is vital for maintaining a healthy pregnancy, as HLA-G allows the semi-allogeneic fetus to evade the maternal immune response.
