    SEE ALSO...

HLA-DQ3/DQ4/DR4 Antibody (TAL 12.1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects the HLA-DQ3/DQ4/DR4 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB) and flow cytometry (FCM). Anti-HLA-DQ3/DQ4/DR4 antibody (TAL 12.1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. HLA-DQ3/DQ4/DR4 is a crucial component of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II molecules, which play a vital role in the immune system by presenting processed antigens to CD4+ T lymphocytes. This interaction is essential for the activation of T cells, which are pivotal in orchestrating the immune response against pathogens. HLA-DQ and HLA-DR molecules are particularly important in the context of autoimmune diseases and transplant rejection, as these proteins can influence the recognition of self versus non-self antigens. The polymorphic nature of HLA-DQ3/DQ4/DR4 allows for a diverse range of antigen presentation, which is critical for effective immune surveillance. Using HLA-DQ3/DQ4/DR4 (TAL 12.1) antibody enables researchers to gain insights into the mechanisms of immune response and the role of these antigens in various diseases, making this tool invaluable for both basic and clinical research.
