  • raised against Priess cells (an EBV-transformed B cell line) of human origin
  • HLA-DQ3 Antibody (2HB6) is recommended for detection of HLA-DQ3 of mouse origin by IP and FCM
  • Anti-HLA-DQ3 Antibody (2HB6) is available conjugated to agarose for IP; HRP for WB, IHC(P) and ELISA; and to either phycoerythrin or FITC for IF, IHC(P) and FCM
  • also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488, Alexa Fluor® 546, Alexa Fluor® 594 or Alexa Fluor® 647 for WB (RGB), IF, IHC(P) and FCM, and for use with RGB fluorescent imaging systems, such as iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems
  • also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 680 or Alexa Fluor® 790 for WB (NIR), IF and FCM; for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR®Odyssey®, iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems
  • m-IgG Fc BP-HRP and m-IgG1 BP-HRP are the preferred secondary detection reagents for HLA-DQ3 Antibody (2HB6). These reagents are now offered in bundles with HLA-DQ3 Antibody (2HB6) (see ordering information below).

    SEE ALSO...

HLA-DQ3 Antibody (2HB6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects HLA-DQ3 of mouse origin by immunoprecipitation (IP) and flow cytometry (FCM). Anti-HLA-DQ3 antibody (2HB6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. HLA-DQ3 plays a crucial role in the immune system as a major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II molecule, which is essential for presenting peptide antigens to CD4+ T cells. This process is vital for initiating adaptive immune responses, as CD4+ T cells recognize and respond to pathogens. HLA-DQ3′s function depends on interactions with other proteins, such as HLA-DM and HLA-DO, which facilitate peptide antigen exchange by regulating the dissociation of class II-associated invariant chain peptides (CLIP). These interactions maintain the immune system′s ability to distinguish between self and non-self, thereby preventing autoimmune responses. RFLP analysis of HLA-DM genes has indicated that certain polymorphisms may contribute to susceptibility to conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, highlighting HLA-DQ3′s importance in both health and disease.
