    SEE ALSO...

HIF PHD3 Antibody (EG188e/d5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the HIF PHD3 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Anti-HIF PHD3 antibody (EG188e/d5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. HIF PHD3, also known as Egl-9 Family Hypoxia Inducible Factor 3, plays a crucial role in regulating cellular responses to hypoxia by hydroxylating hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) α subunits, which are essential for transcriptional activation of genes involved in oxygen homeostasis. This post-translational modification determines the stability and activity of HIF-α proteins, thereby influencing processes such as angiogenesis, erythropoiesis, and metabolic adaptation to low oxygen levels. HIF PHD3 is widely expressed, with particularly high levels found in the placenta and heart, suggesting importance in developmental and cardiovascular processes. Understanding HIF PHD3 and its interactions with other proteins in the hypoxia signaling pathway can provide insights into various physiological and pathological conditions, including cancer and cardiovascular diseases.
