The blocking peptide sc-166410 P is a short synthetic peptide and is intended for use as a negative control by pre-adsorption and is not appropriate for use as a positive control is Western Blot. I tested it on protein extracts (30ug) of a cell line of trophoblasts induced to differentiate to an endothelial-like phenotype.
