Datasheets
  • Hck Antibody (A-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b κ provided at 200 µg/ml
  • specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 8-40 at the N-terminus of Hck of human origin
  • recommended for detection of Hck of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA
  • m-IgG2b BP-HRP and m-IgGκ BP-HRP are the preferred secondary detection reagents for Hck Antibody (A-8) for WB and IHC(P) applications. These reagents are now offered in bundles with Hck Antibody (A-8) (see ordering information below).

    SEE ALSO...

Hck Antibody (A-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects Hck in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Hck antibody (A-8) specifically targets human hemopoietic cell kinase (Hck), a crucial non-receptor tyrosine kinase that plays a significant role in the signaling pathways of hematopoietic cells, particularly in granulocytes. Hck (A-8) antibody recognizes a protein of 505 amino acids, primarily localized in hematopoietic tissues, where Hck is essential for regulating various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration. Hck (A-8) monoclonal antibody targets a protein vital for immune responses, as Hck influences the activation and movement of immune cells during inflammatory processes. Additionally, Hck undergoes post-translational modifications, such as phosphorylation, which can modulate activity and interactions with other signaling molecules, thereby impacting cellular signaling cascades. Understanding Hck dynamics and regulatory mechanisms is important for elucidating contributions to hematopoietic cell function and potential implications in diseases such as leukemia and other hematological disorders.
