SEE ALSO...

Hck Antibody (3D12E10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Hck protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Hck antibody (3D12E10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Hck, a member of the Src family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases, plays a crucial role in hematopoietic cell signaling, particularly in regulating immune responses and inflammation. Hck is predominantly expressed in hematopoietic cells, especially granulocytes, and is essential for processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration. Hck localizes in the cytoplasm and can move to the cell membrane upon activation, which is vital for signal transduction pathways. The human Hck gene is located on chromosome 20q11-q12 and encodes a 505 amino acid protein that modulates various cellular activities, making Hck a significant target for research in cancer and immune-related diseases.

Are there any issues with using sc-101428: Hck (3D12E10) mouse monoclonal primary antibody on mouse samples?

Asked by: AbPolly
Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent,we recommend using a directly conjugated primary antibody. Please contact our special orders department for pricing and availability of sc-101428 conjugates.
