GSDMDC1 Antibody (H-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects GSDMDC1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GSDMDC1 (H-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. GSDMDC1, consisting of 484 amino acids, plays a crucial role in regulating cell death and inflammation, particularly in pyroptosis, a form of programmed cell death associated with inflammatory responses.
