  • GRWD1 Antibody (D-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 κ GRWD1 antibody provided at 200 µg/ml
  • raised against amino acids 139-318 mapping within an internal region of GRWD1 of human origin
  • GRWD1 Antibody (D-1) is recommended for detection of GRWD1 of human and, to a lesser extent, mouse, rat origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA
  • Anti-GRWD1 Antibody (D-1) is available conjugated to agarose for IP; HRP for WB, IHC(P) and ELISA; and to either phycoerythrin or FITC for IF, IHC(P) and FCM
  • also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488, Alexa Fluor® 546, Alexa Fluor® 594 or Alexa Fluor® 647 for WB (RGB), IF, IHC(P) and FCM, and for use with RGB fluorescent imaging systems, such as iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems

    SEE ALSO...

GRWD1 Antibody (D-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects GRWD1 protein of human origin, with some reactivity to mouse and rat, by applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-GRWD1 antibody (D-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. GRWD1, also known as glutamate-rich WD repeat-containing protein 1, WDR28, or KIAA1942, consists of 446 amino acids and features five WD repeats, which are critical for protein-protein interactions. GRWD1 is primarily localized in the nucleus and is a key component of the 50S and 80S preribosomal complexes, suggesting a significant role in ribosome biogenesis, a vital process for cellular function and protein synthesis. The gene encoding GRWD1 is located on human chromosome 19q13.33, a region known for its high gene density and association with various genetic disorders, including Peutz-Jeghers syndrome and insulin-dependent diabetes. The importance of GRWD1 in ribosome assembly underscores its potential impact on cellular growth and proliferation, making GRWD1 a valuable target for research in cellular biology and disease mechanisms.
