GRP 75 Antibody (D-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects GRP 75 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GRP 75 (D-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. GRP 75, also known as Heat Shock Protein Family A (Hsp70) Member 9, plays a crucial role in the mitochondrial matrix, where GRP 75 assists in the translocation and proper folding of nascent polypeptide chains originating from both nuclear and mitochondrial DNA.
