GRK 2 Antibody (C-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects GRK 2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by WB, IP, IF, and ELISA. GRK 2 Antibody (C-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, HRP, PE, FITC, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. GRK 2 protein plays a crucial role in the regulation of G protein-coupled receptor signaling, which is essential for numerous physiological processes, including vision, taste, and neurotransmission. Located primarily in the cytoplasm and membrane of cells, GRK 2 is activated upon receptor stimulation, leading to the phosphorylation of activated receptors. Thank you for your question. This mouse monoclonal antibody is produced using standard mouse monoclonal production methods. During purification, antibodies from subcloned isolated cells are purified with a protein G column, and tested for specificity throughout the process using ELISA and WB.
