Grim19 Antibody (C-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a light chain antibody that detects GRIM19 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GRIM19, also known as gene associated with retinoic-interferon-induced mortality 19 protein or cell death-regulatory protein GRIM-19, plays a crucial role in cellular processes by functioning as a tumor suppressor. GRIM19 is integral to the assembly and electron transfer activity of mitochondrial complex I, where GRIM19 facilitates the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain, thereby supporting cellular respiration and energy production.
