GRASP65 Antibody (B-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects GRASP65 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GRASP65, also known as Golgi reassembly stacking protein 65, plays a crucial role in the organization and maintenance of the Golgi apparatus, a vital organelle involved in protein processing and trafficking. GRASP65 is primarily located in the cis-Golgi and is essential for the stacking of Golgi cisternae, which is critical for the proper functioning of the secretory pathway.
