SEE ALSO...

GRASP65 Antibody (D-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects GRASP65 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-GRASP65 antibody (D-12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. GRASP65 plays a crucial role in the structure and function of the Golgi apparatus, a vital organelle responsible for processing and packaging proteins and lipids for secretion or delivery to other organelles. GRASP65 is part of the Golgi stacking machinery, working alongside GRASP55 to maintain the integrity of the Golgi structure through the formation of cisternal stacks. This stacking is essential for proper functioning of the Golgi, as stacking facilitates efficient transport of proteins through the secretory pathway. The interaction between GRASP65 and other golgins, as well as involvement in dynamic processes of Golgi reassembly during cell division, underscores GRASP65′s importance in cellular organization and protein trafficking. Using GRASP65 (D-12) antibody in research can provide valuable insights into mechanisms of Golgi function and implications in various cellular processes.
