GR Antibody (FiGR) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects glucocorticoid receptor (GR) protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). GR monoclonal antibody (FiGR) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Glucocorticoid receptor is a critical transcription factor that plays a vital role in mediating physiological effects of glucocorticoids, which are steroid hormones involved in numerous biological processes such as metabolism, immune response, and stress regulation.
