GR Antibody (3D5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Glucocorticoid Receptor (GR) in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and flow cytometry (FCM). GR (3D5) antibody is available in a non-conjugated form, allowing for versatile experimental setups. GR is a crucial transcription factor that mediates the physiological effects of glucocorticoids, which are steroid hormones involved in metabolism, immune response, and stress regulation. GR (3D5) monoclonal antibody recognizes the protein predominantly in the cytoplasm, where GR exists in an inactive form bound to heat shock proteins, particularly HSP90.
