GPR120 Antibody (H-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects GPR120 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GPR120 monoclonal antibody (H-10) is raised against amino acids 78-232 mapping at the C-terminus of GPR120 of human origin. GPR120 (H-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Anti-GPR120 antibody (H-10), a member of the rhodopsin family of G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs), is a 377 amino acid protein predominantly expressed in the intestine, where GPR120 plays a crucial role in mediating the physiological effects of unsaturated long-chain free fatty acids (FFAs). Upon stimulation by dietary FFAs, GPR120 activates signaling pathways that lead to the secretion of glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1), a key incretin hormone that enhances insulin secretion from the pancreas in response to food intake.
