GKLF Antibody (B-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody raised against an epitope mapping to amino acids 20-41 near the N-terminus of mouse GKLF, also known as Kruppel-like factor 4 (KLF4). GKLF monoclonal antibody (B-8) is validated for applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), with species reactivity to mouse, rat, and human proteins. KLF4 is a zinc finger transcription factor that regulates gene expression involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, and stress response. KLF4 plays a pivotal role in maintaining epithelial homeostasis and is predominantly expressed in tissues such as the gut and skin.
