GKLF Antibody (B-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody raised against amino acids 1-180 of human GKLF, also known as Kruppel-like factor 4 (KLF4). Anti-GKLF antibody (B-6) is validated for applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), with species reactivity specific to human proteins. KLF4 is a transcription factor characterized by zinc finger domains, which enable DNA binding and regulate gene expression involved in cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and stress response.
