SEE ALSO...

GHS-R1 Antibody (E-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects GHS-R1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GHS-R1 (E-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. GHS-R1, also known as growth hormone secretagogue receptor type 1, is a G protein-coupled receptor that plays a crucial role in regulating growth hormone release. GHS-R1 binds to synthetic peptidyl and nonpeptidyl growth hormone secretagogues, which are essential for stimulating growth hormone secretion. Notably, the interaction between GHS and GHS-R1 is magnesium-dependent and is distinct from the regulation of growth hormone by hypothalamic hormones such as growth hormone-releasing hormone and somatostatin. This specificity indicates that GHS-R1 may serve as a unique regulator of growth hormone, highlighting potential importance in understanding growth disorders and metabolic diseases. GHS-R1 is primarily localized in the hypothalamus and pituitary gland, with elevated expression observed in pituitary adenoma tissues, suggesting involvement in pathological conditions related to growth hormone dysregulation.

1か月前に抗体を購入し、マウスリンパ球を50倍希釈でFLCMを用いて検査しましたが、結果は陰性でした。以前は、御社のポリクローナル抗体(sc-10363)はヒトT細胞で高い陽性率(30-60%)を示していました。種や細胞の活性度の違いが結果に影響を与えることは理解していますが、モノクローナル抗体の導入以降、FLCMの検出率に減少が見られたかどうか教えていただけますか?
