GGTase-IIβ Antibody (B-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects GGTase-IIβ in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GGTase-IIβ plays a crucial role in the post-translational modification of Rab GTPases, which are essential for intracellular vesicle trafficking and membrane dynamics. Thank you for your question. Yes, GGTase-IIβ (B-12): sc-365901 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
