Gemin4 Antibody (A-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects Gemin4 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Gemin4 is a crucial component of the SMN core complex, playing a vital role in the assembly of small nuclear ribonucleoproteins (snRNPs), which are essential for pre-mRNA splicing. This process is critical for proper gene expression, ensuring introns are removed and exons are joined to form mature mRNA.
