SEE ALSO...

γPAK Antibody (E-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects γPAK p62 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-γPAK antibody (E-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. γPAK p62 is a serine/threonine kinase that plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in regulating the JNK signaling cascade. γPAK p62 is located in the cytoplasm and interacts with active forms of Rac1 and Cdc42, which are small GTPases involved in various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal reorganization and cell migration. γPAK p62 interaction with these GTPases leads to phosphorylation of downstream substrates, such as MEK kinase, which subsequently activates the JNK pathway. This pathway is vital for cellular responses to stress and apoptosis, highlighting γPAK p62′s importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to external stimuli. γPAK monoclonal antibody (E-9) enables researchers to gain insights into the regulatory mechanisms of γPAK p62 and its implications in various biological processes and diseases.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent antibody for westernsprobed at 1/500X dilution for 90min and used in conjunction with the Kappa-binding-HRP as secondary and the blot turned out perfect. Excellent antibody for western blotting.
Date published: 2017-06-23
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good antibody for Western blottingThis product has been independently tested and validated in-house at Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation as a very potent and highly specific antibody for Western blotting with a mixture of mouse brain, testes and thymus tissue lysates. It very strongly detects appropriately sized 60-65 kDa target proteins in immunoblots. However, it has some cross-reactivity with other proteins, which are less detectable at low antibody concentration (i.e. <0.5 µg/ml).
