SEE ALSO...

γ Tubulin Antibody (TU-30) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects γ Tubulin from mouse, rat, human, and porcine origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). anti-γ Tubulin antibody (TU-30) is available in non-conjugated form. γ Tubulin plays a crucial role in forming the gammasome, a complex essential for nucleating microtubule filaments at the centrosome, which is vital for proper cell division and cytoskeleton organization. The gammasome serves as a template for microtubule assembly, ensuring microtubules are correctly oriented and anchored, which is critical for maintaining cell shape, intracellular transport, and chromosome segregation during mitosis. γ Tubulin (TU-30) antibody helps researchers study how γ Tubulin regulates microtubule dynamics, influencing cellular processes like migration and signaling. γ Tubulin′s presence at the centrosome and interaction with other tubulin isoforms underscores its importance in cytoskeleton architecture and function, making γ Tubulin (TU-30) monoclonal antibody an invaluable tool for studying cellular structure and dynamics.

I would like to use gamma Tubulin Antibody (TU-30): sc-51715 for double staining with another mouse monoclonal primary antibody. Is this possible?

Asked by: Trav11
Thank you for your question. In cases like this, we recommend using our directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibodies. Currently, sc-51715 is not available directly conjugated, but we have an alternative HNF-3α antibody (sc-17787) that is available conjugated to HRP, FITC, PE, Alexa Fluor® 488 and Alexa Fluor® 647. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact our Technical Service department by calling 800-457-3801 option 2, emailing scbt@scbt.com, or using the Live Chat function on our website.
