Galanin Antibody (H-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Galanin protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Galanin antibody (H-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Galanin plays a crucial role in several physiological processes, including reproduction regulation and neurotransmission modulation, which is vital for maintaining homeostasis in the nervous system. Galanin influences gonadotrophin-releasing hormone secretion within the hypothalamo-pituitary axis, thereby impacting reproductive functions.
