GADD 153 Antibody (B-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody specifically engineered to detect the full-length GADD153 protein (amino acids 1-168) of mouse origin, with demonstrated reactivity to GADD153 proteins from mouse, rat, and human species in Western Blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunofluorescence (IF), and ELISA. GADD153 monoclonal antibody (B-3) recognizes a pivotal transcription factor involved in cellular response to various stressors, including endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, nutrient deprivation, hypoxia, and DNA damage.
