G6PD Antibody (G-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects glucose-6-phosphate 1-dehydrogenase (G6PD) in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). G6PD is a crucial enzyme in the pentose phosphate pathway, responsible for generating NADPH, which is essential for various biosynthetic reactions and for maintaining cellular redox balance.
