G6PD Antibody (G-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects G6PD protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). G6PD (G-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Glucose-6-phosphate 1-dehydrogenase (G6PD) is a crucial enzyme in the pentose phosphate pathway, responsible for generating NADPH, which is essential for biosynthetic reactions and maintaining cellular redox balance.
