    SEE ALSO...

Fyb Antibody (H-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Fyb in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Fyb, also known as Fyn binding protein, plays a crucial role in T cell signaling by interacting with the tyrosine kinase p59fyn and anchoring proteins like SKAP55 and SKAP55-R. Anti-Fyb antibody (H-3) enables research into Fyb′s ability to facilitate the assembly of signaling complexes essential for T cell activation, which is vital for the adaptive immune response. Specifically, Fyb′s interaction with SKAP55 and SKAP55-R, both of which contain SH3 domains, allows for the regulation of signaling events initiated by lymphocyte antigen receptors. The human Fyb gene, located on chromosome 5p13.1, encodes a 783 amino acid protein that is integral to the proper functioning of immune responses. Fyb monoclonal antibody (H-3) serves as an invaluable tool for researchers studying T cell activation and the underlying mechanisms of immune signaling.

How much sample do you recommend loading on the gel for Western blot detection using Fyb (H-3): sc-393276?

    Asked by: AbPolly
We recommend loading 40–60 µg whole cell lysate, 10–20 µg nuclear extract, 5-10 µg transfected lysate, or 10–20 ng purified protein per lane.
