FXR1 Antibody (B-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects FXR1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FXR1 Antibody (B-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FXR1 plays a crucial role in regulating mRNA translation and stability, which is vital for proper neuronal function and development. FXR1 is particularly important in fragile X syndrome, the most common form of inherited intellectual disability, where mutations in FMR1 gene lead to loss of FMRP protein product.
