Fra-1 Antibody (D-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody raised against amino acids 1-50 of human Fra-1, a crucial transcription factor in the Fos protein family. Anti-Fra-1 antibody (D-3) recognizes an epitope within this N-terminal region and demonstrates broad species cross-reactivity, detecting Fra-1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through Western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) applications.
