FHL-3 Antibody (B-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects FHL-3 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FHL-3 (B-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FHL-3, part of the four-and-a-half-LIM domain family, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and gene regulation, particularly in skeletal muscle, where FHL-3 is involved in the selective activation of transcription factors such as CREB and CREM.
