    SEE ALSO...

FHL-2 Antibody (A-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects FHL-2 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FHL-2, a member of the four-and-a-half-LIM domain protein family, plays a crucial role in muscle development and function, particularly in cardiac and skeletal muscle tissues, as well as in the placenta and ovaries. FHL-2 localization in the cytosol of myoblasts, myotubes, and differentiated myocytes suggests direct involvement in regulating gene expression and cellular signaling pathways essential for muscle differentiation and function. Notably, FHL-2 interacts with various transcription factors, including CREB and CREM, which are vital for mediating cellular responses to hormonal and environmental signals. FHL-2′s ability to selectively activate these transcription factors underscores its importance in muscle physiology and development, making FHL-2 a valuable target for research in muscle-related diseases and conditions. Anti-FHL-2 antibody (A-6) serves as an essential tool for researchers exploring the intricate roles of FHL proteins in various biological processes.
