    SEE ALSO...

FAM44A Antibody (E-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects FAM44A of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-FAM44A antibody (E-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FAM44A plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in regulating cell proliferation and apoptosis, which are vital for maintaining tissue homeostasis and preventing tumorigenesis. Dysregulation of FAM44A has been implicated in various cancers, highlighting FAM44A′s importance as a potential biomarker for cancer diagnosis and therapy. FAM44A is located in the cytoplasm, where FAM44A interacts with other proteins involved in cell signaling pathways, further emphasizing FAM44A′s significance in cellular function and disease mechanisms. Understanding FAM44A′s role in these processes can provide insights into therapeutic strategies for targeting malignancies associated with FAM44A dysregulation.
