    SEE ALSO...

EYA3 Antibody (G-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects EYA3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). EYA3 Antibody (G-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. EYA3, or Eyes absent homolog 3, is a 573 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in transcriptional regulation during organogenesis. EYA3 is primarily located in both the nucleus and cytoplasm, where nuclear presence is essential for gene expression regulation. EYA3 interacts with key proteins such as Six1, facilitating activation of genes involved in cellular proliferation and organ development. EYA3 undergoes post-translational modifications, including phosphorylation by ATM or ATR in response to DNA damage, which can influence activity and stability. EYA3 gene is located on chromosome 1, spanning approximately 260 million base pairs and constituting nearly 8% of the human genome, highlighting importance in genetic regulation and development.
