Exportin T Antibody (D-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Exportin T of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Exportin T (D-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Exportin T plays a crucial role as a nuclear export receptor specifically for mature tRNA, ensuring that only tRNA with correctly processed 5′ and 3′ ends is exported from the nucleus. This selectivity is vital for maintaining the integrity of protein synthesis, as improperly processed tRNA can lead to translational errors and cellular dysfunction. The TpsiC loop within mature tRNA is essential for the binding and selection process, allowing Exportin T to form a nuclear export complex in a RanGTP-dependent manner.
