ERK 3 Antibody (B-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ERK 3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ERK 3 Antibody (B-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ERK 3 protein, also known as MAPK6, plays a crucial role in mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathways, which are essential for regulating various cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and response to stress. Notably, ERK 3 (B-10) antibody recognizes a protein involved in cellular response to growth factors and can be activated by serum and phorbol esters.
