Erg-1/2/3 Antibody (D-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Erg-1/2/3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Erg-1/2/3 (D-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Erg-1/2/3 protein, a member of the Ets family of transcription factors, plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression during hematopoiesis and vascular development, making Erg-1/2/3 essential for normal cellular function and differentiation.
