Is it suitable for mouse tissue, eg. retina IF application?

Asked by: liqf
This primary antibody is recommended and warrantied for IF (immunofluorescent staining of fresh or frozen tissues or cells fixed in methanol or acetone), however we are still gathering data to show on our website. Check back for updates!

When should the TransCruz reagent sc-376293 X be used instead of the standard form sc-376293?

Asked by: jenni
Thank you for your question. We recommend using the TransCruz reagent form when performing ChIP or GelShift assays. This form can also be used in other applications such as Western Blot or IHC, but the dilution should be adjusted by a factor of 10 to account for the higher original concentration.
