Erg-1/2/3 Antibody (C-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Erg-1, Erg-2, and Erg-3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Erg-1/2/3 (C-1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Erg proteins, part of the Ets gene family, play crucial roles in regulating gene expression, cell differentiation, and proliferation, making Erg proteins significant in various biological processes and disease states, including cancer. Erg-1, Erg-2, and Erg-3 interact with specific proteins such as Fli-1 and PU.1, which are also members of the Ets family, highlighting the intricate network of protein interactions that govern cellular functions.
