ENT2 Antibody (D-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects ENT2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ENT2 (D-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The equilibrative nucleoside transporter 2 (ENT2), also known as solute carrier family 29 (nucleoside transporters), member 2, plays a crucial role in the transport of nucleosides and nucleobases across cell membranes, which is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and regulating various physiological processes.
