Emerin Antibody (H-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects emerin protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-emerin antibody (H-12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Emerin plays a crucial role in maintaining the structural integrity of the nuclear envelope, as a key component of the nuclear lamina, which provides mechanical support to the nucleus and regulates important cellular processes such as gene expression and DNA replication.
