EDD Antibody (B-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects EDD protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-EDD antibody (B-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. EDD protein, known as E3 identified by Differential Display, plays a crucial role in cellular processes as a progestin-regulated gene isolated from T-47D human breast cancer cells.
