SEE ALSO...

Dyrk1A Antibody (RR.7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Dyrk1A protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Dyrk1A antibody (RR.7) is available as a non-conjugated format. Dyrk1A, also known as Dual Specificity Tyrosine Phosphorylation Regulated Kinase 1A, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, particularly in regulating cell proliferation and differentiation. Dyrk1A (RR.7) antibody targets a dual-specificity kinase that phosphorylates both serine/threonine and tyrosine residues, essential for modulating signaling pathways that influence cell growth and development. Dyrk1A is predominantly localized in the nucleus and highly expressed in tissues such as testis, muscle, and developing nervous system, highlighting importance in neurogenesis and other developmental processes. Dyrk1A monoclonal antibody (RR.7) recognizes a protein implicated in learning and memory functions, with research suggesting that alterations in activity may contribute to cognitive deficits associated with Down syndrome. Four isoforms of Dyrk1A, resulting from alternative splicing, further underscore complexity of regulatory mechanisms and functional diversity within cellular contexts.
