    SEE ALSO...

DTX3L Antibody (D-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects DTX3L protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DTX3L (D-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. DTX3L, also known as BBAP, is a 740 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in the ubiquitination pathway, functioning as an E3 ubiquitin ligase. DTX3L features a basic N-terminus, a central proline-rich region, and a C-terminal RING-type zinc finger domain, which is essential for binding two zinc ions and facilitating interactions with other proteins involved in ubiquitination. This structural motif allows DTX3L to heterodimerize with Deltex-1, enhancing the E3 ubiquitin ligase complex′s activity and amplifying the regulation of Notch signaling, a critical pathway in cell differentiation and development. DTX3L′s ability to modulate transcription through interactions with specific transcription factors underscores its importance in cellular processes and potential implications in various diseases.
