DOM3Z Antibody (D-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects DOM3Z protein in mouse, rat, and human samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-DOM3Z antibody (D-9) comes in non-conjugated form and various conjugates, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® options, offering flexibility for diverse experimental applications. DOM3Z, also known as NG6 or DOM3L, is a 396 amino acid protein expressed throughout the body and belongs to the Dom3Z family, playing key roles in RNA metabolism and gene expression regulation. DOM3Z (D-9) antibody targets a protein encoded on human chromosome 6 within the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class III region, an area crucial for immune responses and disease associations. Deletions in this chromosomal region have links to early onset intestinal cancer, suggesting a potential cancer susceptibility site.
