Dok-2 Antibody (G-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Dok-2 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Dok-2 (G-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Dok-2 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in growth factor receptor activation. Dok-2 interacts with Ras GTPase activating protein (Ras GAP) upon tyrosine phosphorylation, which regulates cell proliferation and differentiation. Dok-2 functions as a substrate for p210 Bcr-Abl fusion protein′s constitutive tyrosine kinase activity, highlighting Dok-2′s significance in chronic myelogenous leukemia. Dok-2 belongs to a family of "docking" proteins containing multiple tyrosine residues and SH2 binding sites, which mediate cellular responses to growth factors including platelet-derived growth factor, vascular endothelial growth factor, insulin, and insulin-like growth factor. Dok-2′s role as a signaling hub emphasizes Dok-2′s importance in normal physiology and disease states, making anti-Dok-2 antibody (G-3) valuable for studying these biological processes.
