SEE ALSO...

DOCK 180 Antibody (H-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects DOCK 180 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DOCK 180 monoclonal antibody (H-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. DOCK 180 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in the regulation of cytoskeletal dynamics and cell migration. DOCK 180 acts as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for the Rho family of GTPases, which are essential for actin cytoskeleton reorganization. This function is vital for processes such as cell adhesion, motility, and the formation of cellular structures like lamellipodia and filopodia. DOCK 180′s ability to modulate these processes underscores its importance in developmental biology and cancer metastasis, where altered cell migration can lead to tumor progression. By utilizing DOCK 180 monoclonal antibody (H-4), researchers can gain insights into the mechanisms of cell signaling and DOCK 180′s role in various physiological and pathological contexts.
