dNT-1 Antibody (C-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects dNT-1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). dNT-1 (C-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. dNT-1 protein plays a crucial role in regulating intracellular pyrimidine nucleotide pools, which are essential for DNA and RNA synthesis, thereby influencing cellular proliferation and metabolism.
