Dnmt3a Antibody (A-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Dnmt3a in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Dnmt3a antibody (A-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Dnmt3a plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression through DNA methyltransferase function, specifically catalyzing methyl group addition to the 5′-position of cytosines within CpG dinucleotides.
